<p>The Product Owner&#8217;s role is multifaceted, requiring the practitioner to engage in behaviors and adopt mindsets beyond the core of Agility and the Scrum Framework. Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. How this is done may vary widely across organizations, Scrum Teams, and individuals. This TWO (2) day experiential training focuses on both product discovery and product delivery and helps the product owner/manager to be better equipped to perform their role. Further, the Socratic method of training instills confidence to face real world challenges.</p>
