How much does CAPM training cost in Malaysia?

Is the CAPM exam fee included in the training price?
Yes, the CAPM exam fee can be included in the training price. This applies to both HRDC claimable training and normal invoice payment. Our trainers will also guide you step-by-step through the PMI exam registration process.
Can my company claim this training under HRD Corp?
Yes. PM Advance Sdn Bhd is a registered HRD Corp approved training provider. Malaysian companies contributing to the Human Resources Development Fund can claim the full training fee. We assist with all necessary SBL-Khas claim documentation.

How long is the CAPM training course?
Our CAPM training is an intensive 3-day programme (8 hours per day), totalling 24 contact hours — exceeding PMI’s minimum 23 contact hour requirement for CAPM exam eligibility.
How often do you run CAPM training sessions?
We run CAPM training approximately every two months. Our 2026 schedule includes sessions in February, April, June, August, October and December. Check our Schedule page for the latest confirmed dates.
Does this course fulfill the PMI exam requirements?
Yes, completing this CAPM training provides the official 23 contact hours required by PMI to sit for the CAPM exam.
What are the entry prerequisites for the CAPM exam?
To qualify for the CAPM exam, candidates need a secondary degree (high school diploma, intermediate degree, or global equivalent) and 23 hours of formal project management education, which is fully covered by our training course.
How long is the validity of the CAPM certification?
The CAPM certification is valid for three years. To maintain your credential, you must earn and report 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) within each three-year cycle.
Who should attend CAPM training?
